返品・交換に関する規定 / Exchanges & Returns Policy
サービスの性質上、年会費の返金・キャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。お支払い手続きに誤りがあったと思われる場合は、取引後7日以内にご連絡ください。 Due to the nature of the service, membership fees are non-refundable once processed. If you believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

引渡し時期 / Delivery Times
会費のお支払い確認後、速やかに会員資格が有効となり、会員情報をお送りします。 Membership will be activated and membership information will be sent promptly after confirmation of membership dues payment.

決済期間 / Payment Period
クレジットカード決済の場合はただちに処理されます。銀行振込の場合は、請求書の発行から14日以内にお支払いください。 Credit card payments are processed immediately. For bank transfers, please make the payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
