K. International School Tokyo’s annual school festival, KISTival, will be held on Saturday, October 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. KISTival is open to members of the public. A small admission fee of 100 yen is charged to cover the cost of garbage disposal. Guests can enjoy a range of multicultural food at the world food court, and there are also shops, live entertainment, games, a bazaar and a grand raffle. In the case of rain, the festival will go ahead as scheduled; however, it may be postponed in extreme weather conditions. Please check our website before attending. Don’t forget to wear a costume!

K. International School Tokyo (KIST) will hold an Explanation Day for parents of children from K1 (3 year olds) to Grade 12 who are interested in enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year commencing August 2017. Administration and teaching staff will be available to answer questions regarding admissions procedures, the school curriculum (as based on the IB PYP, MYP and DP), progression to universities, and general features of the school. Visitors will also be able to view the school facilities. The day will be divided into two sessions as follows:
English session: 9:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Reception opens 9:30 a.m.)
Japanese session: 1:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Reception opens 1:00 p.m.)
